If the pilot is activated, each production Mission should begin with a written scope and end with reviewable evidence. The exact legal, financial, IP, and portfolio terms would be agreed before work starts.

These are interest tracks, not open roles. BUILD and VALIDATE are closest to current project needs; CREATE and GROW remain part of the pilot research.

Mission anatomy

One bounded outcome, not an endless role

A Mission is the proposed unit of contribution. The example below explains the shape only; it is not an available assignment or a request to begin work.

Path to a first Mission

Registering interest is deliberately lightweight. Later steps happen only when there is a real match and both sides choose to continue.

BAIS is exploring whether accepted Missions could be recorded through Contribution Units and whether a future contributor pool could receive a contractually defined share of distributable results. No percentage, formula, valuation, eligibility rule, or payout schedule is approved or offered on this page.

They would not be equity, a token, an NFT, money, or a transferable asset.
A future model could produce no financial return, even after participation.
If approved, exact rules would appear in written terms before any applicable Mission.

You are comfortable with narrow scope, review, and least-access rules.
You can state uncertainty, blockers, and AI use without hiding them.

You need an immediate salaried vacancy or guaranteed paid hours.
You expect guaranteed earnings, mentoring, credits, or production access.
You want speculative exposure instead of a bounded outcome.
You cannot work under written security and IP boundaries.

01Is this a job or internship vacancy?

No. This page collects expressions of interest for a possible future contributor pilot. It is not an employment offer, internship, freelance order, or promise of work.

02Are payment, revenue share, credits, or mentoring guaranteed?

No. None is guaranteed by applying. If a later Mission includes compensation, recognition, review support, or portfolio permission, that specific term must be written before the Mission starts.

03What are Contribution Units?

Only a proposed accounting concept for accepted Missions. They are not active, issued, priced, transferable, or represented as equity, crypto, or a right to payment.

04Why are BUILD and VALIDATE highlighted?

They are closest to the project's current needs. Highlighting them does not create open positions or exclude interest in CREATE and GROW.

05Will GROW require posts from my personal accounts?

No. The proposed track does not require personal-account promotion, coordinated voting, fake engagement, or hidden endorsements.

06Can I use AI tools?

You may describe AI-assisted work. Never submit private BAIS data or secrets to a tool, and be ready to explain how you verified the final result.
