Terms of Use

1. Early-Access Website

BAIS is an in-development deterministic AI brain simulation game project. The website is currently an early-access waitlist and promotional experience. It does not provide a full playable arena, wallet service, financial product, marketplace, token sale, betting service, or investment service.

2. Waitlist And Coach Card

• A verified Google account is required to reserve or return a waitlist spot. Selecting Enter Arena, not Google sign-in by itself, creates the reservation and email subscription.
• One protected Google identity may hold one Coach number. Reopening the same identity in another browser returns the existing reservation instead of creating another spot.
• A Coach Card is a digital website experience and social-sharing artifact.
• Coach numbers and Coach Cards have no cash value and are not financial instruments.
• BAIS may change, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist, numbering, or card experience.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, rewards, tokens, prizes, or any monetary benefit.

3. No Financial, Tax, Or Investment Advice

BAIS does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities, tokens, investment contracts, or financial products. Any future rewards, contests, tokens, ownership features, or commercial offers would require separate official rules and legal terms.

4. No Earning Promise

BAIS does not promise income, profit, resale value, token allocation, staking yield, investment return, financial upside, or Contributor Pilot compensation. Any compensated engagement exists only if stated in separate written terms agreed before that engagement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• submit false, abusive, automated, or unauthorized signups;
• use another person's Google account or attempt to create multiple reservations for one person;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, identity checks, security, or waitlist rules;
• copy, scrape, or misuse BAIS assets except for normal sharing of your Coach Card;
• impersonate BAIS, create fake official links, or run scam promotions;
• send malware, spam, or unlawful content through the website.

6. Intellectual Property

BAIS names, visuals, interface concepts, Coach Card designs, hero media, text, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to the BAIS project team. You may share your generated Coach Card for personal, non-commercial social posting, provided you do not misrepresent it as a financial reward or official product guarantee.

7. Third-Party Links

The website may link to social platforms, community spaces, or service providers. BAIS is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." BAIS may contain errors, downtime, incomplete features, or changing content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability, future product launch, or any specific feature.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, BAIS and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website.

10. Age And Eligibility

The website is not directed to children under 13. Founding Crew and Contributor Pilot intake are available only to adults aged 18 or older. Future gameplay, community, wallet, ownership, prize, or commercial features may require different age and eligibility rules.

11. Founding Crew

Founding Crew is a voluntary community pilot built around optional, public-safe, bounded Starter Missions. It is not a job, internship, freelance order, co-founder or equity status, paid ambassador program, or promise of compensation, revenue share, employment, credit, portfolio rights, or future engagement.

You may skip or stop a Starter Mission. BAIS does not require likes, follows, reposts, coordinated voting, mass messages, hidden endorsements, or use of a personal account. You must follow the rules of any platform or community where you choose to discuss BAIS and disclose a material connection when applicable.

Submitting evidence allows BAIS to review that result and return an operational decision. It does not transfer production rights beyond what is separately agreed. An anonymized impact receipt may be published only when you select the corresponding consent. Production work, compensation, intellectual-property transfer, public credit, or portfolio permission require separate written terms when applicable.

Optional Google sign-in only helps BAIS authenticate you and reopen the Application ID linked to that Google identity. It does not establish Founding Crew acceptance, membership, employment, compensation, ownership, or any other right.

12. Crew Epochs, Signal Cards, And Signal Grid

Crew Epochs are an optional contribution-recording feature for accepted ongoing Founding Crew members. One or more accepted results may activate one seven-day epoch. Epochs, Signal Cards, and the Signal Grid are recognition and operational records, not points, money, property, employment seniority, a competition, or a guarantee of Contributor status.

A submission may be marked received, needs revision, accepted, not accepted, or withdrawn. A decision applies only to that submission. BAIS may correct a review or epoch assignment for operational accuracy. Repeated verified activity may be considered as one private signal when discussing deeper Contributor participation, but no automated score or public profile creates a right to an interview, role, compensation, credit, or future engagement.

Publishing a Signal Card is optional and can be reversed. You may share the card for personal, non-commercial community posting if you do not present it as employment, financial value, an official endorsement of unrelated claims, or permission to represent BAIS. BAIS may unpublish a profile or receipt to address privacy, impersonation, security, abuse, platform-rule, or intellectual-property concerns.

13. Contributor Pilot Expression Of Interest

Submitting the Contributor Missions form records interest in a possible Contributor Pilot cohort. It is not a job offer, employment agreement, paid role, active revenue-share offer, or guarantee of an interview, assessment, engagement, or compensation.

Optional Google sign-in can prefill a profile name and verified email and, only when you keep the visible linking choice selected, connect the application reference to that protected Google identity for access on another browser. It does not improve selection priority, approve the application, or create Contributor status.

An expression of interest does not authorize BAIS to use your portfolio or answers as production work. No production contribution begins until the participant has reviewed and accepted separate written terms or a Contributor Agreement covering scope, review, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, legal format, and any compensation. You may decline those terms. BAIS does not charge anyone to submit an expression of interest.

Missions, Contribution Units (CU), a Contributor Pool, and revenue sharing describe a proposed program framework that remains subject to legal and financial approval. No active Revenue Share is offered by this page. CU are not equity, securities, tokens, ownership, money, or a payment balance and create no right to revenue, payout, employment, or future engagement. Only later written terms can create obligations or rights for an actual contribution.

We may update these Terms as BAIS evolves. The updated date will show when the latest version was posted.
