BAIS is an in-development deterministic AI brain simulation game project. The website is currently an early-access waitlist and promotional experience. It does not provide a full playable arena, wallet service, financial product, marketplace, token sale, betting service, or investment service.

2. Waitlist And Coach Card

• A waitlist signup may reserve or return a Coach number for early-access communication.
• A Coach Card is a digital website experience and social-sharing artifact.
• Coach numbers and Coach Cards have no cash value and are not financial instruments.
• BAIS may change, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist, numbering, or card experience.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, rewards, tokens, prizes, or any monetary benefit.

3. No Financial, Tax, Or Investment Advice

BAIS does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities, tokens, investment contracts, or financial products. Any future rewards, contests, tokens, ownership features, or commercial offers would require separate official rules and legal terms.

4. No Earning Promise

BAIS does not promise income, profit, resale value, token allocation, staking yield, investment return, or financial upside. Do not join the waitlist expecting earnings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• submit false, abusive, automated, or unauthorized signups;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or waitlist rules;
• copy, scrape, or misuse BAIS assets except for normal sharing of your Coach Card;
• impersonate BAIS, create fake official links, or run scam promotions;
• send malware, spam, or unlawful content through the website.

6. Intellectual Property

BAIS names, visuals, interface concepts, Coach Card designs, hero media, text, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to the BAIS project team. You may share your generated Coach Card for personal, non-commercial social posting, provided you do not misrepresent it as a financial reward or official product guarantee.

The website may link to social platforms, community spaces, or service providers. BAIS is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers
